Pros +
- Great breakfast and a fantastic spa. Had a wonderful massage. It was difficult communicating in English and in fairness our Chinese was very poor.
- - Modern design - WiFi worked properly - comfortable bed and pillows - automatic blackout curtains- room is not big but all is comfortable - little things in the hotel make me happy such as earplugs, free coke, comfortable slippers and many more.- tasty food in a bar with European cuisine- staff was friendly and they speack english
- The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and nice.
Cons -
- I thought I booked a bigger room with a separate bedroom and enquired about the discrepancy but it was somewhat lost in translation. I was told that was not the case despite having sent an email ahead of time to ensure this was the room I booked. Despite the lack of English, the staff were lovely and the breakfast was wonderful.
- - the floor in the room was not very clean, there was hair
- The shower needed a deep clean significant mould/ grime buildup very off putting. For that reason will not return

Super modern and industrial design. All top quality materials used. Concept executed through and through. Food and drinks are excellent.
The rooms are all from concrete and with the humidity in Shenzhen, some area or rooms can smell a little 'humid'.
Bed was comfortable, good showers and shampoos etc, friendly staff and good breakfast.
The hotel is super new and trendy, it reminds me on Oku Ibiza and other trendy hotels in Europe. The design of the hotel is beautifully designed, and perfectly thought through. Everything in the rooms are stylish and modern. The shower and water pressure is amazing, the quality of the in house amazing are amazing.
Loved everything here, however there was a cockroach in our room in the morning when we left. Location is in the old part of Lo Wu, so a bit inconvenient, however it is easily accessible by taxis.
